Loan Signing Services

Shawn and Jeff with CMNS are both certified loan signing agents with the NNA and NTS. Shawn has had over 4 years of experience in transaction coordinating with lenders, escrow and title companies. Jeff has had several experiences with handling business financial documents with banks and creditors.

Our Loan Signing process includes:

• Handle electronic documents (eDocs): At CMNS, we have the capability to receive any documents you need signed and notarized by secure email and can have them scanned and sent back to you within a reasonable time using our mobile office capabilities.

• Review loan documents: We will review the loan documents and make sure that they are complete and accurate. This includes checking for any errors or omissions, and making sure that the documents are in the borrower's language.

• Witness the borrower's signature: We will witness the borrower sign the loan documents. This means that we will be present when the borrower signs the documents, and will verify that the borrower is who they say they are and that they are signing the documents voluntarily.

• Notarize the loan documents: We will notarize the loan documents. This means that we will verify the identity of the borrower and any other required parties, and ensure that the signatures are genuine.

• Deliver the loan documents: We will deliver the loan documents to the lender or other authorized party. This may involve electronically sending the documents, mailing them, or hand-delivering them.

• Maintain confidentiality: We are required to maintain the confidentiality of all loan documents and information. This means that we cannot share any information about the loan with anyone other than the borrower, the lender, or other authorized parties.
